What does the starting price include?
Labor and standard materials for a full bathroom remodel, with your choice of the included wall tile, vanity (30 or 36 inches), mirror, vanity light, shower faucet, vanity faucet, and a bathtub or shower pan. It starts at $2,999.99.
Are demolition and painting included?
They're optional. You can add demolition (+$350.00) and painting (+$300.00) near the end of the design steps.
Is the online price my final price?
It's an estimate based on your choices. We confirm the final price after we review your photos and measurements.
What if I need a bigger vanity?
30 and 36 inch vanities are included. A 48 inch vanity adds $400.00 and a 60 inch vanity adds $800.00. You'll see the price when you choose the width.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most remodels take 2 to 3 business days from start to finish. We'll give you your start date when we confirm your final price.
Do you take care of permits?
Yes. If your project needs a permit, we get it for you. The city's permit fee is added to your quote.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Our workmanship is covered for 1 year after we finish. Fixtures and materials also carry their manufacturer's warranty.
How do payments work?
You pay a 50% deposit to book your start date, and the remaining 50% when the job is done.
